Profitability and Environmental Sustainability in the Dairy Industry
February 9-10, 2010

The Dairy Business Innovation Center, the UW-Madison College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection partnered with the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE), to host a conference about energy efficiency and sustainability in agriculture in February 2010. 

Highlights of the conference included:

Keynote Presentation – Andrea Asch, Manager of Natural Resources, Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream
